We delivered a structured leadership development programme combining Insights Discovery profiling, facilitated workshops, and an immersive high-performance simulation led by a Team GB performance consultant, working across both intact teams and the joint client-delivery leadership team.

We supported the sales and marketing organisation with core product messaging and ‘copy blocks’ for target sectors. We facilitated a persona- based approach to Messaging House development. Through understanding the needs, wants and challenges of the identified personas, the framework creates three levels of communication built on a foundation of evidence and proof-points.

Outcome: 
Project output maximised outcomes and under-pinned the client’s EMEA marketing and communications strategy. We created key messages that resonated with target prospects and enabled congruent messaging from the sales organisation.
